Your humble cartoonist has been somewhat inactive lately so he, by request, participated in a chalk drawing contest. Nothing like squatting on a sidewalk on a hot August morning to get the rusty skills unlimbered, to say nothing of lording it over a bunch of little kids. And it almost won Judges’ Favorite!
