I like a comic with recurring characters–with character continuity, if you will– but the strips I really love are the ones that tell a story–story continuity. So naturally, that’s what I want to do. Also, I’m not hi-larious enough to craft a gag a day without something to hang it on; no Joe Martin, me. (Oh, just google him for pity’s sake.).
